These rankings cover 1,832 private condominium, apartment and executive-condominium projects across Singapore, drawn from Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) transaction data. Rankings by price per square foot exclude projects with fewer than 10 transactions to avoid one-off outliers. Each development links to its full price history, per-floor breakdown, valuation tool and lease-aware projection.
